Rolling Stone 1) Johnny Winter with the Derek Trucks Band, burning fret wood on Bob Dylan’s “Highway 61 Revisited.” Billboard Derek Truck's comment on Johnny Winter's crossroads performance: "He Shot for the Moon" Soul of Rock 'n' Roll Trucks… an amazing collaboration that only got better still, as then they were joined by none other than the legendary Johnny Winter for “Highway 61” which was one of my highlights of the day. Winter can still tear it up on slide as good as ever…a definite standout in my mind, and just an awesome set overall. Northwest Herald Trucks brought out Johnny Winter for a finale. The albino axman, dressed in all black and primed to fry in the afternoon sun, burned through Bob Dylan's "Highway 61" with his fuzz-rock guitar licks as the incendiary device.
