Joe Krown Trio wins Offbeat Music Award - Best of the Beat

Live at the Maple Leaf won a 2009 Offbeat Music Award in the "Best R&B/Funk CD" category. Offbeat magazine is the number music magazine in New Orleans.
The cd is the first release from the Joe Krown Trio which features Walter "Wolfman" Washington and Russell Batiste, Jr.
